Here is the bad news. If you are currently selling something where price is the only issue please go and find another blog to read right now. Or maybe your belief structure about your product is wrong and by reading this blog you can begin to experiment with some new ideas on presenting your product in a new light. I have stories on this to share! If you are a person involved in activities like business consulting, accounting, financial planning, banking, human resources or IT selling, franchising, legal services this methodology may be for you. Or if you offer a transparent service that require you to deal with bringing an intangible value to your contacts you may, or may not, benefit from what I have to offer. That is for you to discover. Transparent or intangible values just think about that? Are you able to profitably deliver that today? In essence we are going to be discussing an intellectual sales system that is knowledge based with a large component of self discovery through education and reflection. Now that sounds unusual but you will learn just how powerful it is for achieving greater results. Be prepared though to just say NO!

Joe,
Congratulations on your Blog site. I like your approach to business, and you are sharing some very helpful information.
Business is all about relationships. The business culture that was based on competition and “dog eat dog” is outdated and breeds greed and corruption.
A business paradigm based on cooperation and service to the customer (internal and external), where people are valued and everyone wins, will be the most profitable in the end.
Keep up the great work!

Karl you are so right on with your your comment. I had a client tell me that the message is so important that she challenged me to get the message out to more people. I am not looking to change the world but looking to create long lasting profitable relationships based on doing the right thing for the customer.

Joe,
Martin Luther King, Jr. once said, “The time is always right to do what is right.” And I have also heard that there are some who do the right thing(s), but leaders do what is right.
You are changing the world, perhaps one person at a time or one organization at a time, but the world, nonetheless.
Cheers,
Karl
